 Three-room apartments (a drawing room+2 bedrooms) are located in city centre on crossing of streets of Volodarskogo and Karl Marx. In immediate proximity to apartments are located: restaurants with various cuisine («Ìyadukha», « Sushi Planet », « Il Patio » « La Crete d’or »), confortable cafes (« News cafe », « My English granny », «Grundwald»), and as well as all necessary infrastructure (banks, chemists shops, shops, beauty salons, night clubs, a line of the underground).
