Cash at the bank To our settlement account, at any bank.*
*Ask the manager of the Prime Apartments Agency for our account details and complete the payment to our account.
Non-cash payment Sign the contract at the office, get the invoice. Pay by transfer order at your bank. Get the act of provided services and the VAT invoice by the check-out time.
Check-in & Check-out time:
Check-in: from 1.00 pm* Check-out: till 12.00 am*
In case of check-in till 1.00 pm (early check-in), the payment is charged: - from 8.00 am to 1.00 pm - 50% of daily rent. - from 00.00 pm to 8.00 am - 100% of daily rent.
In case of check-out after 1.00 pm (late check-out), the payment is charged: - from 1.00 pm till 6.00 pm – 50% of daily rent. - from 6.00 pm till 00.00 pm – 100% of daily rent.
*Early check-ins and late check-outs are possible only in case of no reservations made by other Guests.
